Welcome to candidcoffeeph.com (the "Site"), operated by Candid Coffee Enterprises OPC ("Candid Coffee," "we," "us"). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from the Site.

2. Products, availability & pricing

  • All products are subject to availability; we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
  • Prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and, where applicable, are inclusive of VAT. We may change prices without prior notice.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display products, roast dates, and tasting notes accurately, but colors, packaging, and flavor descriptions are provided as a guide and may vary.
  • Coffee is a natural agricultural product; harvests, blends, and availability rotate over time.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance until the order is dispatched.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., [PayMongo / Maya / GCash / cards]). By paying, you authorize us and our providers to charge your selected method. We do not store full card details.

5. Shipping & delivery

  • We ship via [GoGo Xpress / courier] to addresses within [the Philippines]. Estimated timelines are [Metro Manila 1–3 days; provincial 3–7 days] and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address or receipt by you or your representative.
  • Delays caused by couriers, weather, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility, though we'll help you follow up.

6. Returns & refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and explains your options for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, consistent with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Candid Coffee name, logo, blend names, text, images, slogan, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under it. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

10. Third-party links & services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (payment, shipping, apps). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. Coffee is a food product intended for personal consumption — please check packaging for allergens and storage guidance, and consume within a reasonable time for best quality. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under Philippine consumer law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candid Coffee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Candid Coffee harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Privacy & data

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Electronic transactions on the Site are recognized under the E-Commerce Act (RA 8792).

15. Governing law & venue
