What's a coffee omakase?

Omakase means "I'll leave it to you." You don't pick the coffees — we do. Over about 90 minutes we pour you a curated flight of Candid's most interesting coffees and rare finds, and walk you through each one: where it's from, how it's roasted, and what to taste for.

No jargon, no pressure — just really good coffee and the stories behind it. Small, unhurried, and a little bit special.
